Haven is a property management platform that provides tools for landlords and property managers to manage tenants, properties, maintenance requests, and financial records. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Haven reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Haven and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Haven, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
